Timberworks Continues Construction at Mendota Manor

Welcome to Mendota Manor!


Here is the view of the great room and the in-floor heat coils.


Here is Mendota Manor's library complete with gas fireplace and in-floor heat. The gas fireplace will be completed with a beautiful stone surround. The entire interior will be painted in rich earth tones to help calm and sooth the residents.


Here is one of the resident suites at the front of the home. Notice the in-floor heat!


This is a view of the crown molding located in the resident suites... No detail was overlooked.


Here is the "north woods" four season porch complete with panoramic views of the backyard and knotty pine woodwork. This will be a wonderful room for residents and their families to enjoy.

Here's a view of Mendota Manor from Freeway Road. Notice the nice front elevation with a large overhang sitting area near the front door.


This is a view of the backside of Mendota Manor. On the far left hand side of the picture is the four season 'north woods' porch and on the right hand side is the 2 car garage.

Here is a view of the four season porch, kitchen area and dining room. Mendota Manor was designed so that people with Memory Loss and Dementia can easily and safely enjoy their home.

Here is the library room with the gas fireplace. The gas fireplace will be surrounded with beautiful stone and hardwood. A wonderful place for residents and their families / friends to relax.


Here is a view of the 'north woods' four season porch. This room has been finished with knotty pine throughout, beautiful views of the backyard and vaulted ceilings. A wonderful place for friends, family and residents to reminisce of weekends in the north woods.

This is a view of the home from the kitchen. This home was designed so that the front door is not easily seen by the residents (to prevent elopement) and so that Mendota Manor's staff can easily see all of the bedrooms from a central location.

Here you can see the two large water heaters that provide ample amounts of hot water to the residents.

This is a view of the Wirsbo in-floor heat system. We put in-floor heat throughout the home and put 7 in-floor heat zones in the home allowing for customized heat control throughout.

This is the large lower level bedroom complete with egress window and in-floor heat. This room will be used as Mendota Manor's home office.
