Mendota Manor. This one is going to have a view of the neighborhood from the front of the home. All suites will have a private bathroom, in-floor heat and tons of space for residents to enjoy!
Here's a view along the Western wall of the home. To the left of this wall is the two car garage and in the upper right hand corner is the 4 season "north woods" porch, which will feature large windows, knotty pine woodwork, access to the backyard deck and extra high ceilings.

Mendota Manor. Our goal with the 4 season porch is to allow the residents of
Mendota Manor to enjoy the changes of the seasons and the comforts and feeling of the northern woods of Minnesota.
